As a native counseler, people come to my office (or speak with me on-line or by phone) for a multitude of problems or conditions. Some are worried or stressed, some lost their jobs, some have family problems, and some want to spend time getting to know themselves better. Regardless of the issue, I can help.
During our consultations I will address the situation of your current life and place you firmly within the predictable challenges of a modern person with that condition.
I consider a person living in the modern world to be able to utilize traditional native american ways. These ways take place within four dimensions:
physical social emotional spiritual
We will look at each of these dimensions as a force field, each with predictable paradoxes, tensions, and delimmas.
In modern life their are still the age old tensions of:
life and death love and hate strength and weakness meaning and absurdity
With native teachings you will learn to deal with tensions and conflicts by facing the reality of both negative and positive in your life.
